Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is currently hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Customer Support Agents. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to start a career in customer service with full training and flexible scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and providing exceptional service through online platforms, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, and offering the best solution

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as trained

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Participate in team meetings and training to continuously improve service quality

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week (for part-time roles)
