Customer-Facing Healthcare Advisory & Change Management</h2><ul><li>Lead end-to-end transformation programs for healthcare customers, from initial assessment through sustained adoption</li><li>Advise hospital executives, clinical leaders, and operational teams on improving quality, efficiency, access, and cost</li><li>Guide customers in practical improvement approaches such as workflow redesign, waste reduction, flow optimization, and performance management</li><li>Ensure initiatives deliver measurable and lasting operational and clinical results</li><li>Apply standardized improvement frameworks and playbooks consistently across engagements</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor supporting leadership decision-making and change readiness</li></ul><p></p><h2>2. Customer Program Management & Analytics-Enabled Solution Adoption</h2><ul><li>Plan and govern multi-initiative transformation roadmaps, prioritizing efforts based on value, feasibility, and organizational readiness</li><li>Track program progress, benefits, risks, and dependencies; communicate outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders</li><li>Data Analytics Enablement: Define and assess analytics capabilities needed to support healthcare transformation programs</li><li>Translate clinical and operational needs into scalable, insight-driven solution designs that support performance improvement</li><li>Coordinate end-to-end deployment of analytics-enabled solutions, from pilot through go-live, including activation and onboarding for customer teams</li><li>Ensure analytics solutions are embedded into daily management routines, performance reviews, and continuous improvement practices</li></ul><p></p><h2>3. Advisory Team Leadership & Delivery Management</h2><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of program manager, lean consultants, and change management specialists</li><li>Coach teams on analytics-informed performance management, KPI design, solution validation, and improvement cycles, including disciplined data management and data processing practices</li><li>Define roles, responsibilities, and capability needs to support successful transformation delivery</li><li>Manage resources, work planning, and quality across advisory and consulting engagements</li><li>Build scalable delivery models by balancing internal expertise with external partners</li><li>Promote consistent application of lean, change, and analytics standards across the team</li></ul><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; extensive professional experience, including tenure in strategy consulting, healthcare advisory boutique, or equivalent</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs at health systems, provider networks, or government health entities</li><li>Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, actionable workplans, and measurable outcomes</li><li>Experience engaging senior executives (CEO, CFO, CMO level) in strategic discussions and decision-making processes</li><li>Strong commercial acumen, including business case development, financial modelling, and ROI/value realization tracking</li><li>Track record of delivering measurable operational or financial impact in healthcare settings</li><li>Experience developing executive-ready materials (Board-level presentations, steering committee updates, strategic roadmaps)</li><li>Demonstrated capability to manage workstreams and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments</li><li>Advanced analytical skills with comfort interpreting data, building performance dashboards, and translating insights into executive recommendations</li><li>Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultural and geographic environments</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>MBA or advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MHA, MPH) strongly preferred</li><li>Experience in healthcare strategy, provider operations, value-based care, or alternative payment models</li><li>Exposure to international or emerging markets healthcare systems</li><li>Experience supporting due diligence, growth strategy, or market expansion initiatives</li><li>Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, or technology-enabled productivity improvement</li><li>Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent operational excellence exposure (formal certification not required)</li><li>Experience working in performance-based or risk-sharing commercial environments</li></ul><p></p><p>Inclusion and Diversity</p><p>GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
