Position Overview

Peaden is seeking a Part-Time Evening Dispatcher to support our service operations during peak evening hours.

This role requires someone who is:

  • Self-sufficient and dependable

  • Experienced in ServiceTitan

  • Skilled at making quick, confident decisions

  • Calm under pressure

  • An excellent communicator

You will be responsible for evaluating service calls, prioritizing urgency, and dispatching the right technician to the right job - ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule

  • Part-Time

  • 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST

  • Evening shift

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using ServiceTitan

  • 2+ years of dispatching experience in the home services industry

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in real time

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate incoming service calls and prioritize based on urgency

  • Dispatch the appropriate technician to each job

  • Communicate detailed, accurate job information to field technicians

  • Update customers on technician arrival times and progress

  • Document and manage service calls within ServiceTitan

  • Maintain clear communication between technicians, CSRs, and management

  • Participate in ongoing training and development
