Market Vision Advertising is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, creative Social Media Manager to join our team.

We work with some of the most recognizable brands across the Inland Northwest and beyond. From automotive and retail to hospitality and local service businesses, we help our clients build real attention, real engagement, and real results.

Now we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our clients’ social presence and elevate it.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple clients
  • Create, schedule, and publish consistent, high-quality content
  • Visit client locations to capture organic photo and video content
  • Collaborate with our digital and production teams on campaigns
  • Develop fresh ideas that stop the scroll
  • Build content calendars and stay ahead of seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor engagement and adjust strategy based on performance
  • Identify opportunities for both organic growth and paid amplification
  • Stay ahead of local and national social trends

You won’t just be posting, you’ll be building brands.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media strategy
  • Working knowledge of audience targeting and demographic segmentation
  • Ability to track trends and adapt quickly
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
  • Comfortable capturing on-site photo and video content
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling
  • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels

Bonus if you understand the Pacific Northwest market and local culture.
