Our client, a reputable manufacturer known for its high-quality products and stringent production standards, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Quality Control Inspector to join their dedicated, fully remote quality assurance team. This role is vital for ensuring that all manufactured goods meet or exceed rigorous quality benchmarks, through remote supervision, data analysis, and process auditing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, and statistical process control. You will play a key part in upholding the integrity and excellence of our client's product lines by meticulously overseeing quality protocols from a distance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for manufacturing processes. Oversee and guide on-site production staff in performing quality inspections and tests. Analyze production data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement in quality. Conduct remote audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations. Prepare detailed quality reports, including defect analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action recommendations. Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues. Train and mentor production personnel on quality control best practices and procedures. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality performance metrics. Stay updated on industry quality standards, regulations, and best practices. Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve production quality. Manage the documentation and calibration of quality control equipment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall quality management system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related roles within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant standards. Strong understanding of inspection techniques, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and influence others remotely. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Experience with common manufacturing processes and materials. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Familiarity with quality management software is a plus.
