Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.</p><h2>About The Position</h2><p>Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor to join the resort’s Table Games Operations team.</p><p>The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:</p><ul><li>Supervise croupiers during live game operations and ensure adherence to procedures</li><li>Provide on-the-job coaching and support to croupiers to maintain game integrity and service quality</li><li>Identify performance gaps and escalate training needs to the Pit Manager</li><li>Oversee assigned tables and ensure games are run efficiently and securely</li><li>Monitor croupier performance, game pace, and guest interactions</li><li>Ensure compliance with casino policies, procedures, and government regulations</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries and minor disputes professionally and escalate when necessary</li><li>Ensure proper handling of chips, cards, and other table game assets</li><li>Monitor table limits and ensure adherence to operational guidelines</li><li>Report suspicious activity, equipment issues, or procedural deviations to the Pit Manager</li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct</li></ul><h2>About You</h2><p>The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma required; further education in hospitality or gaming preferred</li><li>Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in table games or casino operations</li><li>Experience supervising or mentoring croupiers is an advantage</li><li>Solid understanding of table games procedures and compliance standards</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Reliable, professional, and guest-focused demeanor</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to observe and respond quickly</li><li>Team-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic environment</li><li>Basic proficiency in MS Office and casino systems</li><li>Flexible work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand</li></ul><h2>About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits</h2><p>We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
