Holiday Ice Inc. is seeking dependable, trustworthy, and qualified individuals to deliver packaged ice. Route delivery helpers use company provided equipment to assist route drivers in servicing established accounts including local convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and various other customers. JOB SCOPE

  • Helpers are responsible for assisting the route delivery driver with the process of delivering the product to each account
  • Responsible for the safe operation, working condition, and inventory of all equipment, including: handhelds, printers, handcarts, liftgates, and pallet jacks
  • Typical day on the job consists of an average of 12-15 deliveries a day
  • Helpers are expected to physically unload, deliver, and fill ice merchandisers at customer locations
  • Helpers assist drivers on local routes, which enables them to be home daily

APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Individual must be able to work holidays and weekends during summer months
  • Individual must be able to lift 40 lbs. throughtout the day
  • Must have basic math skills and customer relations skills
  • Must be able to work well with others in a team setting
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
