We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Shift Manager to join our Popeyes family! In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, coach and support team members, and ensure our guests enjoy the top-notch service and delicious food they've come to expect.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift
  • Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience through great service and food quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
  • Handle cash management, deposits, and inventory control accurately
  • Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure proper coverage

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
